IMPAQ International has hired Dr. Kelly Daley as Vice President, Survey Research. Dr. Daley provides leadership, strategic vision, and management to our Survey Research Division, including our in-house Survey Operations Center.

I look forward to working with her and the IMPAQ team to enhance our survey and data collection capabilities.”
Dr. Daley has 15 years of social policy research experience across a wide range of topics. She specializes in research on social and economic programs in support of low-income and vulnerable populations. Her methodological specializations include mixed-mode studies, hard-to-reach populations, and the integration of qualitative and quantitative research design.

Prior to joining IMPAQ, Dr. Daley worked as a Vice President at Abt SRBI where she led a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple government agencies. In this position, she managed and directed all operations for large and complex research studies, including budget preparation and monitoring, methodological approach, instrument design, training material preparation, and data collection.
Dr. Daley has a PhD in Sociology from The University of Chicago, an MA in Policy Studies from The Johns Hopkins University, and a BA in Political Science from The University of Chicago.
